Do you have a minimum hourly requirement I must meet?
No! We recognize that not everyone has the same requirements and that business cycles fluctuate. We offer discount incentives based on monthly usage.
Do you round up your time?
No! Billing is to the minute. We do not believe in rounding up and only charge for actual work completed.
Is there a cancellation fee?
No! You will never be charged a cancellation fee. In the event that you decide to cancel your contract, we do require that you pay for any used hours in the month.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards.
What is considered billable?
All work done for you is considered billable. This includes weekly strategy calls, emails, tasks and project work.
Are your services guaranteed?
We guarantee all of the work that we do for you. If you are unhappy with any service you receive, contact us immediately so that we can rectify it for you. We are confident that you will be happy with the support you receive from your team.
What are you standard hours of operations?
We have team members in various time zones. We are closed weekends and all major U.S. holidays. We recognize that the speaking industry does not adhere to standard business hours, and we are willing to work with you to address your specific needs.
What is your typical response time?
We will respond to all calls and emails within 24 hours Monday through Friday. We provide you with projected turn-around times.
Do you have an affiliate program?
Referrals are our favorite way to gain new business. Any time you generously make a referral, please let us know and when they sign, we will reward you with $50 off your next invoice.
What is your confidentiality policy?
We adhere to a strict confidentiality code and no information will be divulged to any third party without your express written permission. All passwords are encrypted and we use the highest level of internet security.
